RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Empire Commerce sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

NO RETURNS OR CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or change-of-mind refunds after access or downloading has begun.

By purchasing a product and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when the download or access begins.

Refunds will only be provided where required by law, including where digital content is faulty, corrupted, not as described or cannot be supplied correctly. Please contact us through our Contact page if you experience a genuine technical problem. We will first attempt to provide a corrected or replacement file.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
