RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Empire Commerce provides custom B2B e-commerce optimization, copywriting, and marketing retainer services. 

Due to the custom execution and labor involved in our audit, optimization, and retainer work, all service fees are non-refundable once project work has commenced or deliverables have been rendered. 

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we provide up to two rounds of revisions per project to ensure full alignment with your store goals.
