These Terms of Service apply when you visit empire-commerce.com or purchase a digital product from Empire Commerce. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Empire Commerce sells digital guides, workbooks, planners, spreadsheets, templates and other downloadable resources. No physical products are shipped.

Product descriptions explain what is included, the file formats supplied and any software requirements. Please review this information before purchasing.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes will be calculated or included as required.

Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation.

We may cancel and refund an order if there has been an obvious pricing error, a technical problem, suspected fraud or the product cannot be supplied.

  1. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through a download link or order email.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address, checking your spam or junk folder and downloading your files promptly.

If you do not receive your files or experience a genuine technical problem, please contact us through the Contact page.

  1. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal use or within your own business.

You may complete, edit and use the resources for their intended purpose. However, you must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or give the original files to another person
• Upload the files to a shared website, marketplace or file-sharing service
• Copy or reproduce the products for resale
• Claim the products or their design as your own
• Use the products to create a substantially similar product for sale or distribution

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with Empire Commerce or the relevant rights holder.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be physically returned.

Where you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right, your statutory 14-day right to cancel ends when downloading or access begins.

Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not provide returns, exchanges, cancellations or change-of-mind refunds.

Refunds or other remedies will only be provided where required by law, including where digital content is faulty, corrupted, not as described or cannot be supplied correctly.
