TERMS OF SERVICE

By engaging Empire Commerce for storefront audits, copywriting, or retention marketing services, you agree to the following terms:

1. SERVICES
Empire Commerce provides specialized conversion optimization, copywriting, and retention marketing services for e-commerce brands. Scope of work is defined in the selected service tier or custom agreement.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Services are billed as one-time fees or monthly retainers via Stripe or direct invoice. Retainers renew monthly until canceled with 14 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

3. GUARANTEES & LIABILITY
Empire Commerce provides professional optimization based on e-commerce best practices. We do not guarantee specific revenue figures or conversion multipliers, as store performance depends on external market factors, product demand, and ad spend.
